  1. I adore your owl pitchers and what a terrific giveaway for Earth Day!
What I've done over the year is utilize reusable bags when I'm at the grocers. Limiting the # of plastic and paper bags. When asked if I want a bag for a purchase when possible I opt for a no! We also reuse plastic water bottles for our own family. Happy Earth Day Christina!

  6. We now do composting at home and are transitioning into a more vegan diet. Our little bit to help the earth as well as our health.

    I've tweeted this giveaway @rsmfoodgeek.

  9. I feel it is very important for each of us to do our part in helping to preserve & protect our environment/earth. But MORE importantly, continuing to inspire & teach others to share this passion is vital! I take great pride because I drive a hybrid car, have gone paperless by paying bills online, I recycle regularly, I provide my OWN eco-friendly bags WHENEVER I go shopping, bring my own coffee cup for drinks, adjusted our thermostat at home, turn off my computer AND BYOW - bring my OWN water bottle wherever I go. I simply ADORE the two little owl pitchers too. Happy Earth Day to you!

  10. Those are so darling. I'm now a follower and this year I have bought green household cleaners, energy saving windows, and finished our basement with eco-friendly paint! Pricey but, worth it!

  11. I think everyone needs to realize how important it is to help preserve the earth. I re-use all water bottles, bring my lunch to work in a lunch pale with plastic re-useable containers, and wash and re-use plastic bags. Although not huge differences, I think everything matters.

  12. Have been a big fan of your blog for some time and I love it. I always recycle when I can, I keep dead batteries in a small plastic container to be disposed of at a local recycling drive, bring my own bags when shopping, turn water off when brushing my teeth and made my own cloth napkins instead of using paper. It's little things but it's fun to see what you can do for our Mother Earth. PS: I hope I win :)

  14. Hey Christina! I can't believe I won!!! OMG -- so excited!

I sent you an email with my info but please let me know if you do not receive it. I feel horrible that it took me this long but I didn't realize I had one (I kept checking for a notice on Twitter or a separate blog post).

I hope I'm not too late...

    Thanks again!!
